This advanced 6-month, part-time program consists of the Mould Testing Technician PLUS Post Remediation Verification course to train you as an Indoor Environmental Professional. Graduates will learn to assess complex moisture, mould and indoor air quality problems and provide clear, defensible recommendations. You’ll learn how to integrate building science, moisture diagnostics, sampling, standards and health-related considerations into comprehensive investigations. The course covers pre-remediation assessment, post-remediation verification, reporting, and the broader indoor environmental factors that impact occupant health and building performance.

Course: 250 hours | $5,490 | 6 month part time course consisting of two subjects (total 55 hours live zoom sessions plus 3 days field training)
